Step 2 : Edit the logo text
The .psd file is included in the template download file. Just open it with photoshop and edit the text and save it as image file (.jpg or .gif). Next , upload to any image hosting servies and copy the image url of the uploaded image.
Next, go to Edit html and replace this image url in the template with the one you just copied now.

Step by Step Installation Guide:

Step 0: First, follow the Basic Template Installation steps here.
Step 1: Go to Settings » Formatting and select the Date Header format like the one shown below and Save the changes.

Step 3: You can add 468 x 60 px Adsense ad on Right side of Header:
Just go to Layout and click on "Edit" of the header widget as shown in the pic below:
and paste you adsense code in the box and Save it.Step 4: Editing the Logo:
The .psd file of the Header logo is included in the download file. Open it with Photoshop and edit the Site Name and description and Save it as image file (.jpg)
Next, upload the image to any image hosting services like Photobucket, Tinypic,etc and after uploading, they will give you a direct link to that image file.
Go to Layout » Edit html and find this image url in the template code..

and replace it with the one you uploaded and Save the template.
(If you don't know editing the .psd file or If you don't have photoshop, just leave a comment here with your Sitename and description, I'll do it for you..)

As per the new terms & conditions made by Google Adsense a few days ago, all the publishers have to post a Privacy Policy in their sites advising the visitors specifically about cookies and web beacons. If you don't agree with the new conditions , you'll be kicked out of the Google Adsense program at the end of May.
Here is what the new policy says :"You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws and that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management."
Cookies & Web beacons:
Most adsense publishers are familiar with http cookies (or web cookies). They are a small parcels of text sent by a server to a web client(browser) and then sent back unchanged by the client each time he/she accesses that server. But the term Web beacon may be new to you.
A web beacon (also known as tracking pixel or pixel tag or clear GIF) is a small transparent graphic image (usually 1 pixel height and 1 pixel width) that is placed on a website or even in an email that is used to moniter the behavior of the client/user visiting the webpage, to find out some user information like IP address,etc.
So, to abide the new terms of Adsense, you have to include an appropriate Privacy policy in your site/blog.
If you are new or not sure how you need to create a Privacy Policy, Don't worry! There are a few Adsense Privacy Policy Generators which will make your life easier.. SERPRank's Privacy Policy Generator is one of those.
This post explains how to show the Blogger widgets( like links,adsense ads,etc) on your blogspot blog Homepage Only or Post Page Only:
Usually, by default.. when we add a widget item
like link units, profile, Archives, Adsense ads,Pictures,etc in Blogger blog , it will be displayed in every page of the blog including the homepage, Permalink pages,etc. As you can see, I installed many widgets in this blog in sidebars like Google ads, Donate Me button ,etc which will be displayed in all the pages of the blog.
But, what if you want to display a specific widget like a blog link,ads in only the homepage and not in the post pages and viceversa? If you want to do so, this tip will come in handy...
HOMEPAGE Only widgets,links in Blogger:
→ As usual, if you want to add a new widget/gadget to your blog, just Sign into Blogger dashboard » Layout » Add a Gadget
and select the type of gadget you need and Save the Changes.
Next, we have to add a small piece of code to that widget, so.. it only displays in the Homepage. Just go to Edit html and tick on the 'Expand Widget Templates'.
Notes: Normally, the widgets in the template view starts with this one

For example, The label widget looks something like this:

and html widget looks like:

There are reports all over the web complaining that the Paypal withdrawals to Indian Bank accounts between Feb 19 to Feb 24 are not being processed.
I myself made a withdrawl on Feb 27th which is not yet completed.
Electronic transfers to your Bank account usually take 5-7 business days to process. Holidays and weekends are not recognized as business days for most banking facilities, which may result in a delay in your banking transactions.
Usually, for me it takes about 2 business days to get the money.. but this time it is not yet completed even on the seventh day.
What about you guys ? Did you experienced any problems with Paypal withdrawl recently? If you got any success in the transaction, please do comment here because the information can be helpful to many other Paypal users with this problem.
