Here I am.. again back with.. a great 3 Column Blogger Template for you guys!
The template is very stylish,professional looking with a nice header logo at the top and you can put adsense 728 X 15 adsense link unit at the top which will maximise your CTR and your earnings.
This was originally a wordpress theme designed by Padd IT Solutions... and I converted that wp theme into Blogger format.
Installation Instructions:
First follow the basic installation steps here.
Once you completed installing the template successfully, you have to do a few things..
1.The *psd file of the logo is supplied with the download files. Open it with photoshop, select the text layer and use the 'Text' tool to edit the 'techlure' name with your's (your blog name)
After editing the logo, save the file in *jpeg format and upload the image to any image hosting service like photobucket and copy the direct link to that image..
and replace this below url in the template code with the one you just copied and save the changes.

2.Edit the top navigation links by simple finding the below code ( Ctrl+ F to search)

Use the colors as shown in the below screenshot sothat the ad will be perfectly blended to the background
After copying the adsense code, Sign in to Blogger » layout
and click on the 'edit' as shown below and paste your adsense code and SAVE THE CHANGES.

well i really like ur template but there is a prob with that .first it works good with mozilla firefox but when it opens with Internet explorer it creates prob which is it's not showing the same format as actually it is...i mean the category n side links came totally below of the blog n that certainly looses the beauty of this template.next prob with this is it doesn't shows the add..i added some adbrite ads with it ,but it haven't show any add..so plz debug all the prob relating to this template ..n if the problem is with my approaches then plz guide me in accordance of that,i will be very thankful to u..thanks

thanks for this template. it looks really nice and polished. however, the url for TECHLURE was somehow changed. and i needed to check every single url in the template (since i am not html literate - learned this myself). but yeah, i managed to find it at last after numbers of errors. An excellent template. Thanks kindly for providing it. Am now using it on my blog. I changed it from a twin side container to a single container (so basically a 2 column blog now) - just installed, so changing a lot of stuff still :)
to Xaris and Elcynthia, the images are there but in tinypic format, so you'll have to search through the html code and find the relevant image tags to replace.

u know, the overlapping problem only occurs both on IE & Firefox. In opera it comes out just fine! Anyway since there not many ppl use opera, i still appreciate i u can get it fixed.
