Download 3 Column nice Blogger Template "Clean Dark":
As I promised before to design more and more templates for you guys,.. here is my latest entry "Clean Dark". The design looks very professional with three columns and stylish easy navigation bar at the top.
This was originally a wordpress theme designed by some unknown guy.... I found this theme yesterday when I was searching for some good wp themes.. and this one seems good looking for me and I converted it to Blogger xml format.. I searched for the theme creator but I didn't got any information.. Ok .. anyways thanks to him.
Template Installation Instructions:
[First backup your present Blogger Template before uploading any Blogger template]
After downloading the template, unzip it and next sign in to blogger dashboard »» Layout »» Edit html
and upload the xml file using the browse button and Save the Changes.
Next, you can change the navigation links to your desired ones..
Just Scroll down the template code and find this below piece of code and simply change the links and anchor text.Hope you like it!

this template is wonderful, but i think it's a little off to the right, w/c makes the 2nd sidebar look too narrow
what do i do with the coding to move it just enough to cover the yellow background on the left?
I love this, but I can't figure out how to let people go to older posts (not using the archives, just a link to go back a page at a time.)
Also, I can't figure out what to do where it says Home, Videos, Pictures, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

What happened to the templates? I've noticed that this one and one other one I got from this site have stopped functioning correctly. I hope it's fixable, I hate having to find new templates.
I am using this for a friend on blogger... the page dose not fit on a standard screen resolution... 1024x768 it is just a little wider. Is there an easy fix or will I have to hunt down all the width sizes and paddings to find the one that is to large. Thanks for any help, your work is great.
I have the same question as others, how do you fix so the date on each post? Also, the categories feature looks great in the third column but if I move it to the blue (second) column it does not look so nice. It puts the count of posts underneath the label name and it takes up a lot of vertical space. Another question - how do I make my header a link? I know the 'a href.....' code but not sure where to put it.
1. To get the date format you want, go to Settings » Fomatting » and change the Timestamp format there and save it.
2. I think it's better to use the Previous Posts method rather than Archieve method.
Just google it to get the 'Previous Posts' tip.
3. If you know a bit a photoshop, edit this image and upload to any image hosting services like tinypic,etc and replace this url with your one.

Thank you - I did go into settings and format and chose a different date format and saved. The problem remains. My posts still say "Posted by Jennie on 11:03am" just the time, no date.
I will try the archive method, but if I move the categories to the blue column I have the same problem, it just doesn't look nice, takes up a lot of vertical space. Is it just something that can't be changed, if so I'll give up and leave the categories in the third column. It does look fine there.

Something happened with the images on your photobucket account. I was able to upload all to my photobucket except for the "warp_bg.gif" file. It says "Upload failed for warp_bg.gif with error: Resize error:Bad resize geometry: 160 x 0" I have a second photobucket account where the file does upload, but it shows up as too narrow a background, taking up a small portion of the page and not aligned with the three columns. Do you have another version of the warp_bf.gif file that will work?

I had to transfer all the images into my own photobucket account and use those links. Some bandwidth issue that you have: I guess you have a lot of template fans. =)
One of the issues that I have with my template is the navigation menu. It works well with IE and Chrome, but I had issues with Firefox. The text on the menu and the mouseover images are not aligned.

How do you create the navigational pages that you are supposed to link to in "your link here". Some of the widgets were deleted when I uploaded it to Blogger..anything important do you know? Any help would be welcome. Wordpress has a way to create pages but Blogger doesn't seem to.
Two questions:
How can I get the hyperlink to be evident. When I insert a hyperlink it is there and works but the text doesn't change to show it is a hyperlink.
Also how can I get the labels and posting data to be at the BOTTOM of the blog entry. Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon.

thanks for a great template! I selected it for a new project I am working on.
The main reason why I decided to use this template is the way it's three columns are designed. The way the middle column jumps out makes it very suitable for what I intended with my design. The most left column will contain the posts, the middle column will contain the "active elements" like "Recent Comments", "Recent Posts" and "Subscribe". The right column will contain the "passive elements" like "Labels", "Archive" and "Blog Roll".

Is there a reason I am not able to edit fonts and colors? Also for some reason my hyperlinks are not showing up. They are there, but they are not blue or underlined or anything. I love this template.

Gah..I'm having issues. I had this all set up how I wanted then started playing around with it and I don't know what I did.
#1 I want the labels/comments to be listed below the blog post. I've changed it in page elements> blog post> edit and it won't change it. And the labels are showing up at the top and bottom of each post.
#2 I have adsense but cannot get the ads to show up between the blog posts. I've checked that option as well and they don't show up. I have no other ads on my page.

I cannot edit any of the fonts/colors. The date is on top of the post title and I can't move it or edit it.
The adsense thing is working and the comments, labels are back at the bottom where I want them.

I think you edited something in 'fonts and colors'..
That option don't work with most custom templates.. You have to edit the colors,etc in the css in Edit html.

Kranthi has exceeded his Photobucket bandwidth. Just get yourself a Photobucket account. Then upload the images which you downloaded with the template. Then go to layout and edit HTML. Find all instances of Kranthi's photobucket images, and replace them with your own URL's. Then you know that if Kranthi exceeds his quota again, it won't affect you!

Lovely site template, I managed to get the time and date out. Under the blog edit, select the timestamp (3rd one) for the timing, change it to date and time.
